"Filters could be better"
I tried using the filters to find a place, but the results were still kind of all over the place. The search felt a bit slow too. It’s not totally unusable or anything, and I’m sure it probably works fine sometimes, but when you’re hungry it gets annoying fast.

"Still had to wait forever"
I booked through them thinking it would make things smoother, but we still ended up waiting almost an hour once we got to the restaurant. Super frustrating, especially since the whole point was to have a reservation. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “Sorry, the restaurant handles the actual seating,” which didn’t really help at all. Just felt like I was on my own.

I used edseasydiner.com and did get a discount, so it wasn’t a total miss. The process worked fine, but the final savings felt average once the fees and taxes showed up at checkout. Some offers look much better at first than they actually end up being. I still saved a little, which is nice, but I was expecting a better deal overall and would appreciate some sort of credit or compensation for the difference

"reminders were kinda useless"
Food was fine no complaints there.. but the notifications were all over the place. Got one reminder way too late, then another popped up after we were already there. Not a huge deal, just annoying and definitely something they need to fix

I checked a few restaurants on there, and the listings was accurate overall. The hours and menus matched what I found for most places. One phone number were outdated, but it was still useful

I cancelled my booking and, to be fair, the refund did eventually come through. But the process was frustrating. I had to follow up a few times, and the replies were slower than I expected. It all worked out in the end, which I appreciated, but it definitely could’ve been handled more smoothly

"Deals are decent, but the details should be clearer"
I used edseasydiner.com to book a dining deal, and it was okay overall. The discount did work, so that part was fine, but some of the terms weren’t very clear until later, like the timing and what items were excluded. I also didn’t really get any follow-up after booking, which was a bit annoying because I had to figure things out myself. It’s not a bad site, but they really need to make the deal details easier to see upfront

"Seated Quickly and Had a Comfortable Booth"
We got seated quickly, which was a nice start. The booth was comfortable and made the meal feel relaxed. Service was a bit slow at times, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience

"Support never got back to me"
I tried reaching out to edseasydiner.com support twice about an order, and I never got a proper response either time. From my experience, it felt like no one was even checking the messages. It was really frustrating because I needed help and was just left waiting. I don’t think I’d use them again unless they seriously improve their support.

"Restaurant choices are limited near me"
The site itself works fine, but there just aren’t many restaurant options in my area. A lot of places I figured would be listed don’t show up at all, and it mostly seems to cover the bigger spots. If you’re in a more central area it’s probably okay, but for me it feels kind of hit or miss. the limited coverage seems like an avoidable issue.

"Pricing should be more upfront"
I used edseasydiner.com and overall it was fine, but the pricing left me a little unsure. A few costs didn’t seem totally clear until later in the process, so I found myself going back and double-checking before I paid.
It’s not a bad site, but I do think it’s only fair to show the full price earlier. People should be able to make a decision without feeling like something was hidden or they might have missed an extra charge.

"Got sorted eventually"
I had an issue with my booking and I was frustrated at first because it took longer than I expected to hear back. I was close to just taking my business somewhere else if it didn’t get resolved.
To be fair, support did eventually respond, explained what had happened, and sorted out the refund/credit without making it a big hassle. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it fairly in the end, so I’d give them 4 stars.

"App’s fine, website could be smoother"
I’ve used both the app and the website a few times now. The app does what you’d expect, it’s easy to find restaurants and make a booking, though it can be a bit slow here and there. The website works too, but on mobile it feels kind of cluttered, and I had to refresh a page once to get it moving. Nothing awful, just feels like it could be a little more polished. I’d still use it again if I needed to book somewhere.

The coupon did go through eventually, but it took a bit of messing around to get it to work. The whole thing felt kind of clunky, and it made me wonder a little about the overall quality. It was fine in the end, just not the smoothest experience...

"Really disappointing meal"
I was let down by the food. The fries were cold, the burger was dry, and everything kind of tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. I was looking forward to a decent meal, so it was frustrating and just made me feel like I wasted my money.

"Something feels off about this site"
I tried using this site once, i wouldn’t go back. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but the whole thing just gave me weird vibes, like there’s more going on behind the scenes than they want you to notice. It didn’t feel trustworthy to me at all.

"Billing could be clearer for everyone"
My payment went through fine, but the total changed when I got to checkout, which was confusing. I had to contact support to understand what happened, and it took longer than it should have to get a clear explanation. I feel like other customers would probably appreciate seeing the full, accurate total earlier in the process so there are no surprises
